During the installation, the firewall will prompt you to allow access for "javaw.exe", click on "Allow access" button
Once it finishes, you will see the following screen, press on "OK" button to finish the installation.
If you check the Services in Windows (Control Panel --> System and Security --> Administrative tools --> Services), you should see some new Oracle services and 4 should be started
Note: I recommend you to change these 4 services to startup manually, in that way your Windows OS will start up faster, for that you just need to right-click on each service and select "Properties" option, then select "Manual" in the "Startup type" drop-down:
Then you can create two scripts to start/stop your Oracle Database services. In my case, I create one located in "C:\opt\oracle\oracle_db\scripts\start_oracle_db.bat" with this content:
net start OracleOraDB12Home1MTSRecoveryService
net start OracleOraDB12Home1TNSListener
net start OracleServiceORCL
net start OracleVssWriterORCL
And other located at "C:\opt\oracle\oracle_db\scripts\stop_oracle_db.bat" with this content
net stop OracleOraDB12Home1MTSRecoveryService
net stop OracleOraDB12Home1TNSListener
net stop OracleServiceORCL
net stop OracleVssWriterORCL
Now every time you need to use your Oracle Database, just execute the script "start_oracle_db.bat" and once you finish using the database you can stop it with "stop_oracle_db.bat"
